Sprawling across 100 acres at 1,500 metres in the revered Baba Budan Giri hills — the legendary origin point of Indian coffee — Krishnagiri Estate is managed by Himakirthi and Karunya Gowda. The estate receives around 100 inches of rainfall annually, feeding its washing station, drying yards, and colour sorter, which together enable washed, honey, and natural processing. Selection 795 and Chandragiri Arabica varieties dominate the planting, grown in lush countryside overlooked by the very slopes where coffee first took root in India.
