A combined estate 30 km south-west of Darjeeling in Rungbong Valley at 1155–1700 m across 282 hectares. Sungma is Tibetan for 'place of heavy mushroom growth'; Turzum means 'weekly village market'. The 1934 earthquake demolished Sungma's factory; processing now at Turzum. Produces 150 tons of black and green tea annually. Owned by Jayshree Tea Group.
